Payment Terms, Quotes & Warranties

01Quotes (Estimates)

1. All quotes provided by CASSA are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
2. Prices may change due to variations in material costs, product availability, or changes to the project scope.
3. Quotes are based on the information available at the time (plans, measurements, specifications). Any change may result in a price adjustment.
4. Materials will not be ordered and installation will not be scheduled without the formal approval of the client.

02Payment Terms

1. A 40% deposit is required to begin the project (material order and scheduling).
2. The remaining balance (60%) must be paid upon completion of the work.
3. For special or large-scale projects, CASSA may set up a phased payment schedule.
4. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
5. Accepted payment methods: checks, cash, direct bank transfers, and Zelle.

03Scope of Work

1. The work includes only the services and materials specified in the quote.
2. Any additional work will be considered a change order and will carry an additional cost.
3. CASSA is not responsible for hidden conditions that were not visible at the time of the initial inspection.

04Lead Times

1. Manufacturing and installation timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the manufacturer, weather, logistics, or external conditions.
2. CASSA commits to maintaining constant communication throughout the project.

1. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
2. Early cancellations may incur additional charges.
